With Mobile Suit Gundam AGE soon entering its 3rd story arc, newer scans featuring the cast for the 3rd story arc led by Kio Asuno, the grandson of Flit Asuno and the son of Asemu Asuno surfaced online!

Kio Asuno's story arc will take place 50 years after Flit Asuno's story arc. As seen in this scan, we saw a much older Flit Asuno sporting a different look and Unoa Asuno, Asemu's sister and Kio's aunt, Utbit Gunhale and Wendy Hartz. Anyways, where is Asemu in this series? It is still unknown at this moment, along with the identity of Kio's mother.


It seems that the Madorna Workshop will have a bigger role in the third story arc. As seen in this picture, Rody Madorna will be part of a new Diva crew that will fight the Vagan forces. In addition, here are the summaries for the first two episodes of the third story arc.

Episode 29: Granpa's Gundam (4/29)
Kio, Asemu's 13 year old son, is living in Oliver Notes, a town on Earth, when Vagan attacks the town. On the same time, Lord Ezelcant, leader of Vagan, announces the beginning for Earth's invasion. With the emerge of this crisis, Flit and Kio engage the new Gundam, "AGE-3"...


Episode 30: Title to be announced (5/6)
While the battle on the village rages on, Flit orders Diva, with stays on nearby base, to depart immediately.

Based on the summaries, Asemu's story arc will only last for at least 13 episodes and Kio's story arc will have the most episodes, likely to have at least 20 episodes. Based on the new scans, the fate of the rest of the Diva crew of the second story arc will be revealed later in the series.

In addition to the info we have for the 3rd story arc for Gundam AGE, the official Twitter account of the series posted this picture of a Flit and Emily during the events before the start of Asemu's story arc.

It is still unknown if this picture of older Flit and Emily will be included in a special episode of the anime series or be part of another side story that will bridge the events between Flit's story arc and Asemu's story arc.

Mobile Suit Gundam AGE's third story arc begins this April 29th.
